Use Handstand Timer for iPhone and Apple Watch to time handstands without the need to continuously press start and stop after each handstand.
- Press "Start Handstands" to initiate the timing of successive handstands
- Hold up your wrist to display the latest handstand time, as well as the number of handstands attempted, the average handstand time, and the longest handstand time.
- When done, click Stop
- A workout is logged for the duration of the Handstand activity when Handstands are stopped
